The Stamets Stack Protocol

The Stamets Stack Protocol is a popular microdosing method developed by renowned mycologist Paul Stamets. This protocol incorporates niacin and lion’s mane mushrooms in addition to psilocybin to support neurogenesis and enhance the effects of microdosing. The Stamets Stack follows a 4 days on, 3 days off schedule, followed by a 2-3 weeks break.

What to Expect
Onset time: 30 – 60min. Most users will feel an uplifted mood, increased awareness, motivation, and sense of creativity. It’s normal to feel slight nervousness or “butterflies” initially, but this usually passes quickly.
